COVID 19 RESOURCES
Because of the intense interest in the CoVid cases, treatment and policy of CDCR during the current Corona virus pandemic, LSA has created this page specifically for CoVid information and concerns. We will up-date and add to the page as needed, as the situations and/or policy changes.
These links will provide information on the protocol for CoVid testing and identification, both in prison populations and any congregate living situation.
This first link is a poster for medical technicians, a quick reference for day to day routine with CoVid individuals.
The Third link is to a matrix from the California Correctional Health Care Services office, the federally mandated agency overseeing health care in the California prisons. This outlines the treatment strategy for the incarcerated population.
This link will take you to CDCR’s Patient Tracker page, where you can look up individual institutions and their current CoVid positive numbers.
The CoVid 19 & CDCR Resources document was created to provide information to prisoners and families in identifying who and how to contact for concerns relating to treatment and policy of individual persons or specific prisons. Here you will find how to contact the Ombudsman for your institution, contact information on various individuals and agencies and what you should have in place to be an effective advocate for your loved one.
